This website is operated by 株式会社青木永和 under the brand name VORIXIA. Throughout this website, “VORIXIA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 株式会社青木永和. By accessing this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence to place an order, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use our products or services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, and images accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on the customer's device and display settings. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size information before purchasing.

INTIMATE APPAREL

Certain products are intimate apparel or hygiene-sensitive merchandise. Because these products cannot safely be resold after their hygiene seals are broken or after they have been tried on, worn, washed, altered, or used, they are subject to the restrictions in our Return and Refund Policy. These restrictions do not exclude remedies for defective, damaged, materially misdescribed, or incorrectly shipped products, or rights that cannot legally be waived.

PRICES AND TAXES

Prices are displayed in United States dollars. Applicable taxes are included in the displayed price or clearly reflected in the final order total before payment, according to the customer's location and checkout configuration. We may correct pricing errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. If a material pricing error affects an order, we may request approval of the corrected price or cancel and refund the order.

ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory errors, incorrect pricing, legal restrictions, or unusually large quantities suggesting unauthorized resale. If we cancel an order after payment is collected, we will refund the appropriate amount to the original payment method.

PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Customers agree to provide complete and accurate billing and payment information and represent that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING

Orders are fulfilled within the United States through the Amazon FBA fulfillment network. Free standard shipping is available to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and destinations outside the United States are not currently supported unless expressly stated at checkout.

The estimated delivery period is three to seven business days after an order is placed. During Black Friday, holidays, major promotions, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or unusually high order volumes, delivery may require an additional three to five business days.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The VORIXIA name, website content, product images, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to 株式会社青木永和 and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without authorization.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; interfere with its security or operation; submit false account, payment, or shipping information; scrape or misuse website content; or infringe our rights or the rights of others.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website and fulfillment process may rely on Shopify, payment processors, carriers, and Amazon FBA. These providers may process information or perform services under their applicable terms and privacy practices. The seller remains 株式会社青木永和 operating as VORIXIA.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase. Except where a different remedy is required by law, our total liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without depriving customers of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws applicable in their place of residence.

CHANGES

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version available when the order was submitted, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
