SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING AREA
VORIXIA provides free standard shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States, consisting of the 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or addresses outside the United States unless an available method is expressly shown at checkout. Orders submitted with unsupported addresses may be cancelled and refunded, or we may contact the customer before fulfillment.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Orders are fulfilled within the United States through the Amazon FBA fulfillment network. The estimated delivery period is three to seven business days after an order is placed.
During Black Friday, holiday periods, major promotional events, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or unusually high order volumes, delivery may require an additional three to five business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, inventory availability, carrier operations, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Standard shipping to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. is free. No standard shipping charge will be added to eligible orders at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may require additional time to update after a shipping label is created.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact AOKIEIWA@gmail.com immediately if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order enters fulfillment. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS
If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, review its tracking information and contact AOKIEIWA@gmail.com. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If a package appears damaged at delivery, retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and enclosed materials. Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can investigate.
RETURN SHIPPING
Free outbound shipping does not include return shipping. For eligible returns based on personal preference, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If a product is defective, damaged during delivery, materially misdescribed, or incorrectly shipped, VORIXIA will provide an appropriate remedy and cover authorized return shipping where applicable.
Do not send returns directly to an Amazon FBA warehouse without prior written authorization. Contact AOKIEIWA@gmail.com for return instructions and the designated return address.
