Free standard shipping is provided to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. unless otherwise stated at checkout.

FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY

Orders are fulfilled within the United States through the Amazon FBA fulfillment network. Estimated delivery is three to seven business days after an order is placed. During Black Friday, holidays, major promotions, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or unusually high order volumes, delivery may require an additional three to five business days.

SUPPORTED DELIVERY AREA

We currently provide free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and destinations outside the United States are not currently supported unless expressly stated at checkout.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible unopened products may be returned when a return is requested within 14 calendar days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns based on personal preference, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind.

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel cannot be returned after its hygiene seal or product packaging has been opened, or after it has been tried on, worn, washed, altered, stained, or used. This restriction does not apply to defective, damaged, materially misdescribed, or incorrectly shipped products, or where applicable law requires another remedy.

RETURN ADDRESS

Return authorization is required. The applicable return address will be provided after a return request is approved. Customers must not return products directly to an Amazon FBA warehouse without written authorization.
